Do looks matter
This is a rarely discussed fact of life that is severely true in every aspect of life. Do looks matter ?

Be it in business, love, friendship, or any other venture. Today people are busy talking about personality when the sad fact is that if you do not look like America's Next Top Model or Mr. Perfect you are no-one in an imperfect world.
Every rule has an exception. Exception to this rule are the few motivational speakers and world leaders whose accomplishments have made an identity for them. But the sad fact remains, if you are or go anywhere today, people judge you not on your ideologies but,
1. The clothes you are wearing.
2. The overall load you are carrying.
3. Your tone of voice.
4. Your people skills.
The amusing thing is that even if you manage to get 2 out of 4 right you are rejected sometimes as your tone of voice is not clear and you are carrying a heavy load.
This is true in modern day organizations were cut-throat transactions are taking place every minute.
If we divert our attention towards love and other disasters, if you are not a rock-star, you might as well stop trying. Now some may argue that in my previous entry I favored people who were considered underdogs. I still do. But the fact is, underdogs rarely win.
Friendships today are not based on these rubbish idols. I disagree. Has anyone heard of the phase back-biting and gossiping ? Does anyone know where did it originate from ?
You guessed it. This is what happens when a person from the Mr. Perfect category befriends someone from the other category. Ego clashes take place, misunderstandings occur, and all other unmentionable problems.
I am not saying that we should follow a system where the perfect people befriend or have business and personal terms with the elite, and vice versa...
I am saying we know the problem...Lets find a solution...
Things such as looks, same personality matches are in our head...Lets clear the cloud...
